Stud wall and Radiator

Customer had a room at the top of the stairs that he wanted seperating into a corridor, as you had to walk through one room to enter the next bedroom.

The floor and ceiling plates were fixed into place and the stud wall constructed. a door way was formed and the door casing fixed into place. The plasterboard was then fixed to the stud wall and skimmed. A new light switch for the bedroom was fixed to the seperated room and door, archidrive and skirting fixed into place.

Finally, a new radiator and required piping was installed in the new bedroom.

Cobbled patio with stone edging

Previously a flagged area with lawn upto flags. Customer wanted sweeping edge to the patio area with a step down to the path which continued in the same style of the patio area. Removed old flags and proceeded to mark out how the new patio should look, then removed turf, hardcored, screeded a dry mortar mix and layed cobbles. To finish brushed in a dry mortar mix and cleaned cobbles once set after a few days..

Block Paving a driveway

The previously lawned area were the car used to be park was in a bad state. The customer required the lawned area removed and replaced with block paving (Style herringbone). Here we are finishing off by brushing in kiln sand.
