<p>The floor and ceiling plates were fixed into place and the stud wall constructed. a door way was formed and the door casing fixed into place. The plasterboard was then fixed to the stud wall and skimmed. A new light switch for the bedroom was fixed to the seperated room and door, archidrive and skirting fixed into place.</p>
<p>Finally, a new radiator and required piping was installed in the new bedroom.</p></blockquote>

Removed old flags and proceeded to mark out how the new patio should look, then removed turf, hardcored, screeded a dry mortar [...]]]></description>

To finish brushed in a dry mortar mix and cleaned cobbles once set after a few days..</p>

The previously lawned area were the car used to be park was in a bad state. The customer required the lawned area removed and replaced with block paving (Style herringbone).  Here we are finishing off by brushing in kiln sand.
